论中药产业比较优势向竞争优势的跨越

摘    要:从比较优势与竞争优势两个概念着手,阐述了我国中药产业的比较优势基础,分析了影响我国中药产业竞争优势发挥的要素条件、市场需求条件、相关产业与支持产业活力、企业策略与竞争对手这四个基本因素,以及政府行为、机会变数这两个辅助因素,提出了我国中药产业转变思路,坚定不移地树立中药产业知识产权优势发展战略,加快实施全世界范围内的中药目标营销战略,加快形成产业规模大、国际化程度高的现代中药产业等对策建议。

Abstract:Focusing on the comparative advantage and competitive advantage,the paper describes the foundation of the comparative advantage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) industry in our country,analyzes four basic factors,namely,elements concerned,market demand,vigor of the concerned industries and supporting industries,company's tactics and its competitors,which influence its full play competitive advantage of TCM industry,and two supplementary factors-governmental behaviors and chances variable.It puts forward the transforming ideas of TCM industry,that are firmly setting up the development strategy of TCM property right,accelerating to fulfill the goal sale strategy of TCM world wide,speeding up to build a modern TCM industry with a large scale and a high level of internationalization.
