栀子黄色素的性能及应用研究

摘    要:本文对栀子黄色素的提取及性能进行了初步研究。研究表明,栀子黄色素溶解性好,酸、碱、盐、糖对色调影响小,耐热、耐光,是一种比较理想的天然食用黄色素。层析是改善色素性能的有效途径。

Abstract:This paper does some primary study on refining of the pig-meat and its properties. The results reveal that after the yellow of cape-jasmine. It candisso Ive in water very easiey and is stable to meet acid,basic, Common solt, canesuger, light and heat. It is a ideal natural yellow food pigment.Chromatography is a effective -way to improve the property of pigment.
