| 摘 要： | 根据大学生职业生涯规划课的实践性特征，本着“以学生为中心”的理念，采用实践性、主体性、针对性、有效性原则，课堂教学采用课堂讨论、模拟仿真、亲身体验、针对性训练、经验分享、调查测评等实践形式，使大学生职业生涯规划课真正成为充满实践教学内容的课程。
