钢琴集体课教学中的“分合”关系研究

摘    要:20世纪末至芩世纪初,随着我国高校教学模式的转型,钢琴集体课应运而生,它与传统的“一对一”钢琴教学有着不同的模式和特点。钢琴集体课较好地解决了传统教学模式中师资不足的问题,有利于创设教学情境,激发学生的学习动力。但在实际教学中,钢琴集体课也存在一些问题,诸如教学内容与形式的模式化、无法照顾个体差异进行因材施教、教学效果反馈不及时等。充分融合两种教学模式各自的优点.优化钢琴教学模式,其关键在于正确处理好教学过程中“分”与“合”的关系。

Abstract:From the end of the 20th century to the beginning of this century, collective piano teaching has emerged with the change of teaching mode in higher education in China. It differs in pattern and characteristic from the traditional "one to one" teaching. Collective class offers a good solution to the shortage of teachers in the traditional teaching mode, contributes to creating teaching situation, and stimulates the students' learning motivation. However, collective piano lessons also have some disadvantages in practice. For example, the teaching contents and teaching forms are stereotyped. And it is difficult for teachers to take care of individual differences and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. In addition, teachers cannot get timely feedback from students. To optimize the piano teaching mode, the teachers should correctly handle the relationship between dividing and uniting in collective teaching, which is the key factor.
