贵州省人口老龄化及老年社会保障问题论析

21世纪,人口老龄化问题日益严重。随着我国进入人口老龄化阶段,人口老龄化给社会保障体系带来了严峻的挑战,直接影响社会经济的可持续发展。贵州省属于经济欠发达地区,而贵州省人口的老龄结构已经开始向老年型人口转变,今后将面临急剧的人口老龄化。文章对贵州省人口老化过程进行回顾和预测,并且对贵州省城乡老年社会保障现状进行了分析,从贵州省社会养老保险,医疗保险和老年社会服务三方面探讨了人口老龄化与老年社会保障的关系,并提出相应对策。
