| 摘 要： | 增加大学生思想政治工作的有效性,需要充分认识传媒艺术类学生在专业教育与德育发展的状况和需要,以及学生在身心成长上的特征和变化。本文尝试在调查传媒艺术类大学生专业品质、心理特征、行为方式的基础上,分析目前传媒艺术类学生管理工作中存在的问题,并对如何有效开展学生工作提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the effective of Media Art students＇ political work,we have to realized the needs and the situation of the MAS＇s academicals education and the moral development.What＇s more,we have a wariness of growth in students＇ physical and mental.This article attempts to analysis the MAS＇ political management issue according to survey the MAS＇s professional quality,psychological characteristics and behavior.With this analysis results,we can carry out the effectivively countermeasure on student＇s political work. |
