天津市农村成人教育教师队伍现状研究

农村成人教育是一个庞大的系统工程,建设一支高素质师资队伍是发展农村成人教育事业的根本性任务。发达国家为了促进本国农业职业教育的发展,从立法、管理体制、培训层次、培训方法、考试制度及经费保障等方面积累了许多宝贵的经验,值得我们借鉴。天津市农民教育培训的师资主要由教育培训机构的专兼职教师组成,＂双师型＂教师数量逐年增加,但还存在学历偏低、职称结构分布不平衡、教师资格证书持有率低等情况,需要加强农村成人教育师资队伍制度建设,保证师资队伍建设的经费投入,全面提升农村成人教育师资队伍的整体水平。

Research on Status of Rural Adult Education Teachers in Tianjin

The rural adult education is a huge systematic project. The construction of high-quality teachers is the fundamental task of the development of rural adult education. In order to promote the development of our country agriculture vocational education, the developed countries have accumulated many valuable experiences from the aspects of legislation, management system, training level, training methods, examination system and the guarantee of funds, worthy of our reference. The teachers of the farmers education and training in Tianjin are mainly composed of education and training institutions full time and part time teachers. In general,the quantity of the double type teachers is increasing year by year, but there are low academic qualifications, job title structure is not balanced, teacher qualification certificate holding rate is low. We need strengthen the rural adult education teachers team construction of system, guarantee input of teachers team construction funds, enhance the overall level of rural adult education teachers.
