Analyzing Advantages and Disadvantages of Educational Messages Migrated into the Cloud and Countermeasures

While educational messages migrated into the cloud promote the teaching efficiency, save additional resources and enhance the system＇s stability, they increase risks of privacy and safe storage and flow. It＇s imperative that we must use coping strategies, such as legal domains of involved personal information, building systems of transferring educational messages and internal management, uniforming necessary clauses of the cloud service-level agreement, establishing rules of data owners＇ expressly agreements, building the perfect tort liability system, promoting security assurance barriers of cloud providers and improving cognitive levels of education institutions and stakeholders. It will continue to create a healthy and orderly environment of the storage and flow in the cloud and carry forward education information, industrialization and modernization.
