| 摘 要： | 电子档案的利用和管理与纸质档案比较有着很大区别。对电子档案的利用与利用管理,是我们遇到的新课题,电子档案的运用一般有直接运用、提供拷贝、通信传输等方法,由于运用的方式和所依赖的技术是多样化的,因此它的运用远比纸质档案复杂。因此,采取技术措施,加强对电子档案运用的管理,显得特别重要。

| Abstract: | The application and management of e-documents is different from that of paper documents,thus it is a new subject for us.The general way to use e-documents is usually involved in direct use,copy supply and communication sending.Since the way using it and the technology depended upon are various,it is more complicated than that of paper documents.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the technology and enhance the application and management of e-documents. |
