农村留守儿童存在的问题及对策初探

通过分析我国农村留守儿童的现状，揭示出留守儿童问题将会长期存在并日益突显。并带有普遍性。提出真正关心农民生活，彻底解决“三农”问题，建设社会主义新农村，不能不关注这一特殊群体。提出必须从政府、社会、学校、家庭四方面人手，并注重四者的结合，解决留守儿童在生存发展中面临的问题，积极使他们得到德、智、体的全面发展。

Problems and Measures of Rural Left-behind Children

Through analyzing the current situation of rual left-behind children in China, it reveals that the problem will last a long time and become increasingly clear with popularity. Due to lack of direct education and concern from their parents, some prominent problems are faced by partly left-behind children during the process of survial and development. It is extremely obvious that the problems of living, education, mental health, moral quality and safety are essential to them. It is necessary that we must pay attention to this special group for the sake of concerning about peasants＇ life actually, solving the so-called ＂three-nong＂ problem, constructing a new socialist countryside. It puts forward that we should start with government, society, schools, families and emphasize on their combination to resolve those problems, and actively make them receive all-round development on morality, intelligence and sports.
