| 摘 要： | 大学生的思想政治工作是学校德育工作的重要组成部分,全面做好大学生的思想政治工作是当前高校一项极其重要和紧迫的任务。笔者主要从综合导师工作入手,阐述了做好大学生思想政治工作的几点体会。
