Integrating Selection,Training, and Performance Evaluation

This two year project was conducted at a major Minneapolis newspaper. It developed employee selection procedures, a performance-based training program, and on-the-job performance indicators for evaluating newly hired experienced truck drivers. It yielded generalizable techniques which met validity requirements of federal guidelines for employee selection.
