| Abstract: | Based on the comparison of the courses construction of the first-class instructional technology majors in USA to those in China, this paper attempts to find out the policy factors that lead to some problems in our practice, and eventually the author bring forth solutions to some of these problems for the further consideration of the educational technologists in China. |
