| 摘 要： | 知识是数学教师专业成长中的一个重要维度,社会发展和教育变革对数学教师的知识提出了新的要求.教师知识结构是指教师为了胜任教育教学工作,所具备的知识类型、成分及其比例关系,其研究目的在于寻求教师教育教学实践活动的"知识基础".数学教师的知识结构主要应包括:取得教师资格应必备的基础性知识、得以胜任教育教学工作的支撑性知识、促进数学教师有效教学的完善性知识.

| Abstract: | With the development of social and educational innovation,the mathematics teachers’ knowledge be set an even higher demand.Start with the definiteness of mathematics teachers’ knowledge,analyses and synthesizes the former achievements in teachers’ knowledge structure research,and combine with the characteristics of times,then structures a new knowledge structure of modern mathematics teachers.The new capability structure consist of: the basic knowledge to obtain qualifications for teachers,the supportive knowledge to be competent for education and teaching work,the perfect knowledge to promote effective teaching of mathematics teachers. |
