职业教育公益性的理论探讨

摘    要:职业教育是否具有公益性直接关系到国家的责任大小和办学格局,是一个事关全局的战略性问题.从外部效应理论、公共产品理论、成本收益理论、产业依附理论、弱势群体理论和新公共管理理论等六大理论的视角来看,职业教育关乎整个国民的职业素质和国家产品的国际竞争力,具有显著的公益性特征.

Abstract:Whether it has the public nature directly relate to the national responsibility and the school-running pattern of vocational education,and it is a strategic problem.From the view of external effect theory,public product theory,cost-benefit theory,industrial attachment theory,disadvantaged group theory and new public management theory,the development of vocational education directly relates to the professional qualities and international competitiveness of products of a country,and its public nature is obvious.
