我国职业教育体系存在的问题及其完善对策

目前,我国职业教育体系存在层次缺失、中高职定位不清、阶段不完整、纵向缺乏衔接、横向缺乏融通、职前职后难以一体化、开放程度不够、技师学院处境尴尬等问题.为解决这些问题,我国应建立国家资格框架,并据此建立相对独立的职业教育体系；建立和完善教育体系的“立交桥”,实现职前职后一体化；明晰各级各类职业教育的培养目标,多渠道、逐步、审慎地发展技术本科,重视、发展和完善五年制高职；在基础教育中加强职业启蒙教育,解决技师学院的定位问题.

Vocational Education System in China: Problems and Countermeasures

At present,vocational education system in China has a series of problems,such as the shortage of levels,unclear orientation of secondary and higher vocational education,incomplete phases,lack of vertical and horizontal linkage,the difficulty in integrating the education before and after employment,insufficient openness,awkward predicament of technician college.To solve these problems,the following countermeasures should be adopted: establish national qualification framework and relatively independent vocational education system;build and perfect the "overpass" of education system and integrate the education before and employment;define the cultivation objectives of all kinds of vocational education at all levels,gradually and deliberately develop technical graduate education through multiple channels,as well as pay attention to develop and perfect five-year higher vocational education;strengthen professional enlightenment education in elementary education and solve the problem of orientation of technician college.
