| 摘 要： | 西夏地区的饮食文化主要受到西夏自然环境、西夏民族构成以及西夏人民的对外交往等三个主要因素的影响。西夏地理环境为西夏人民的饮食提供了物质基础,西夏民族构成是西夏饮食文化形成的主体因素,西夏人民的对外交往则进一步丰富和改善了西夏人民的饮食。

| Abstract: | The catering culture of Xixia area was affected by three key factors,which included the natural environment,the ethnic composition and the ethnic external exchanges.Xixia geographical environment provided the material foundation for the catering culture of Xixia people.The ethnic composition represented dominant factor for emergence and development of Xixia catering culture.The Xixia people’s external exchanges improved and enriched Xixia catering culture. |
