中越边境地区合作种植甘蔗现状及检验检疫对策

通过对中国龙州-越南下琅县合作种植甘蔗项目进行调研、分析,提出建立部门协作机制联合打击非法输入甘蔗行为、开展产地疫情监测、开展质量风险分析、创新监管模式、加强检疫能力建设等检验检疫监管措施,进一步推进合作种植甘蔗项目的顺利开展。

On Cooperation in Planting Sugarcane in Chinese-Vietnam Border Areas and the Countermeasures for Inspection and Quarantine

Based on the survey of cooperation in planting sugarcane between Longzhou,China and Xialiang,Vietnam,the article suggests the regulatory measures for inspection and quarantine,that inter-department collaborative mechanism should be built to make a joint crack down on the illegal import of sugarcane,that origin epidemic monitoring and quality risk analysis should be conducted,that supervision models be innovated and that quarantine ability development be strengthened so that cooperation projects in planting sugarcane can be further promoted.
