论经济发展不均衡和教育产业化对国民享有高等教育机会均等性的影响

我国正处于快速的社会转型时期,经济发展过程中所造成贫富差距的扩大和高等教育产业化,已经影响到我国国民享有高等教育机会权利的均等性。本文就社会经济发展不均衡和教育产业市场化导致国民享受高等教育机会不均等性进行分析,并提出笔者关于均等高等教育机会的观点。

Discussion the Impact on the Rights of Citizens Sharing the Equal Opportunity of Higher Education Owing to Asymmetric Economy Development and Education Industrialization

The State is situating the phase that the national property public ownership and planned economy structure are transited to private economy and market economy system.The asymmetric economy development led to augment income gap of the national individual and education was industrialized had impacted the rights of equitable opportunity in higher education that shared by the citizens.The author wants to analyze the deep-seated reason of this phenomenon,and the writer put forward the viewpoint to seek the measure to resolve this inequity.
