| 摘 要： | 农村诚信是整个社会诚信建设的一个重要组成部分.当前＂三农＂问题的存在及其对农业发展的影响,在很大程度上来自于农村诚信的缺失,为了解决好＂三农＂问题,促进农民收入增加,就必须以自律、他律、法律为基础建立诚信建设机制,建设农村诚信,促进农业的发展,农村的进步,农民的增收.

| Abstract: | Rural good faith is a main part of the good faith building of society as a whole.The existence of "sannong" problem and its affection to agriculture development,lies in the absence of country good faith to a great extent.For resolving the "sannong" problem and raising peasant income,we must build a mechanism of good faith construct that base on the autonomy and heteronomy and law to build up the country good faith,speed the agriculture progress and rural development,and increase peasant income. |
