| 摘 要： | 工程硕士研究生导师制度建设对其培养质量起着十分关键的作用，文章针对工程硕士“双导师”制中校外导师管理中存在的一些问题，从正确的质量意识观、激励约束机制、聘任遴选机制、培训机制、信息资源机制等方面，对校外导师制度建设与完善进行分析，并提出一些对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Institution construct of External supervisor in Master of Engineering has important educational status for quality of teaching.The paper is dead against the problems of institution of external research supervisor in Master of Engineering,and analyzes the institution construct of external research supervisor in Master of Engineering from the quality consciousness,restricting and prompting mechanism,appointment and search mechanism,teaching mechanism,information resource mechanism. |
