| 摘 要： | 通过介绍国际贸易中绿色贸易壁垒的产生，剖析绿色贸易壁垒的基本特点。从消极和积极两个侧面分析这种新兴的技术性壁垒对我国出口贸易多方面的影响。然后从可持续发展的目的出发，提出了我国出口贸易应对绿色贸易壁垒的一系列策略与措施。

| Abstract: | By analysing the basic characteristics of the Green-Barriers and introducing the forming of the Green-Barriers in international trade, from the negative and positive factors,the article analyses the influence which the new and developing technical barriers have made on our national export trade in many ways, and from the purpose of continuous development, it puts forward a series of tactics and measures which our national export can deal with the Green-Barriers. |
