刍议防治心血管疾病的膳食护理

摘    要:“合理膳食”是一九九二年世界卫生组织维多利亚宣言提出的健康四大基石之一。心血管疾病病人的膳食护理尤为重要。限制碳水化合物,限制脂肪、胆固醇,增加蛋白质、维生素、纤维素膳食可达到降低甘油三酯和血浆浓度的目的,起到预防和治疗心血管疾病的作用。

Abstract:In 1992, the World Health Organization of Victoria Pronunciamento insisted that rational meals were most important. It is one of healthy footstones. Especially, rational meals nursing of cardiovascular disease patients are very important. It can limit carbohydrate, fat and cholesterol; Increases protein, vitamin and cellulose. These healthy meals will reduce glycerinate and thickness of blood plasma, will prevent and treat cardiovascular disease.
