企业的需求与商会的俱乐部产品供给分析

摘    要:商会组织的出现有很多原因,最为关键的原因是企业对它的需求。企业的需求可以分为五个层次,包括对私人产品、公共产品、俱乐部产品、政治产品等的需求,而商会是提供俱乐部产品的最适当组织。对于企业来说,最需要商会组织提供俱乐部产品的时候是它开始达到一定规模、而又未成为实力雄厚的大企业的时候。

Abstract:The emergence of the chamber of commerce is attributed to many factors, among which the key one is the demand of enterprises. There are five grades in the demand of enterprises, including the private goods, the public goods, the club goods, and the political goods. The chamber of commerce is the optimal organization to provide the club goods. For enterprises, the club goods supplied by the chamber of commerce will be most needed when their development has reached to a certain scale but they are not large or strong enough yet.
