实战教学法在高校网球教学中的实验研究

利用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、教学实验法,将实战教学法运用在高校网球教学中,并与传统网球教学法进行教学效果比较分析。结果显示:在高校网球教学中,与传统教学法相比,实战教学法更能有效提高高校学生在比赛中的发挥以及发球技术;实战教学法更能有效提高高校学生的正手击球稳定性、反手击球稳定性以及发球稳定性;在实战教学法的教学过程中,高校学生认为战术运用和比赛发挥是影响比赛的关键。

Experimental Research on Practical teaching Method in College Tennis Teaching

This article by means of literature, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and teaching experiment to apply practical teaching method in tennis teaching in colleges and universities , and the comparative analysis was used to compare the method with traditional tennis teaching method on teaching effect. Results showed that tennis teaching in colleges and universities, when compared with the traditional teaching method, practical teaching method is more effective to improve the performance of college students in competition and serve technology. Practical teaching method can more effectively improve the ability of forehand and backhand serve stability and the consistency. In the process of practical teaching, college students consist that tactical use and competition performance is the key to the game.
