服务流程管理视域下公共体育服务流程理论研究

自20世纪90年代以来,"服务流程管理"理论逐渐受到服务组织的重视,并开始应用于各种服务行业。在基本公共服务越来越受到重视的社会背景下,服务流程管理理论逐渐应用于公共服务之中,而公共体育服务作为公共服务的重要组成部分,服务流程管理理论仍未得到应用。国务院相继颁发了《全民健身条例》(2009)和《全民健身计划(2011-2015年)》(2011),都为公共体育服务的发展提供了保障。通过文献资料法对国内外服务管理理论进行分析,并对公共体育服务理论研究现状进行视域分析,旨在构建我国公共体育服务流程管理理论。

Service of Process Management Horizon,Theory of Public Sports Service Process

Since the 1990s, the theory of service process management gradually brought to the attention of the service organization, and began to be applied in all kinds of service industry. In basic public services,more and more attention of the social background, the service process management theory is applied to the public service gradually, and public sports service as an important part of public service. Service process management theory still has not been applied. One after another under the state council issued the national fitness ordinance (2009),and the national fitness program (2011-2015)\"(2011),has provided the safeguard for the development of public sports service. In this paper, through literature analysis of service management theory at home and abroad, and the research status of Chinese public sports service theory horizon analysis,can see service process is still a blind spot of public sports service theory research in our country, therefore,through the analysis and research of this article, aimed at building public sports service process management theory in our country.
