| 摘 要： | 契约文书文类的特殊性决定了契约文书中的货币表达方式必须同时兼顾国家货币制度、民间社会实践与地方财税政策三者的关系。面对国家制度的僵化迟滞,地方官府的被动适应,广府侨乡社会一面广泛使用银元,主动选择采用银元制的流通方式,以顺应中国货币制度近代化的客观趋势;另一方面不断创新契约文书的货币表达方式,创造出一个系列介于新、旧货币制度之间的过渡性混合制的货币表达方式,既维护了王朝国家的制度性规定,又为广府侨乡社会自主选择货币流通方式提供了灵活的弹性选择空间。

| Abstract: | The monetary expression of the contract was influenced by the total state monetary system,the civil practice and the regional finance and taxation policy.While the silver dollar was widely used by the civil society in Guangfu Qiaoxiang,in order to confirm with the modernization of Chinese monetary system,the new mediated monetary expressions of the contract were innovated to deal with the conflict between the state institution and the civil practice in Gufu Qiaoxiang society on the monetary choice. |
