| 摘 要： | 针对当前研究生扩招后存在的管理问题,试图借鉴《管理经济学》中的＂集成管理＂、虚拟团队等概念与理论,集合研究生这一精英群体的知识优势,调动出学生创新思维的巨大潜能,发挥创新精神,整合资源,将德育作出实效,建立起德育工作的长效机制。

| Abstract: | With regard to the problems of the enlargement of graduate admission in China,borrowing the concept and theory of ＂integrated management＂ and virtual team,this thesis probes into the new mode of graduates＇ ideological work.Gathering this special group＇s advantage of knowledge,the new mode can mobilize their great potential of innovation,bring into full play their spirit of innovation and build the long-term mechanism of ideological work. |
