| 摘 要： | 民事责任中的因果关系历来就是学者们研究的重要课题之一,但由于研究理论的混乱,导致实践中的模糊不清。本文拟对西方和我国关于因果关系理论与实践的不同做法,探讨因果关系各学说的优劣,以期找出正确做法,指导司法实践。
