高速铁路用钢轨的产品标准及生产工艺评述

本文简要地介绍了国内外高速铁路发展情况及所使用钢轨的化学成分和性能,从理论和实践上着重分析国内客运钢轨暂行技术条件与普通钢轨技术条件的区别。从客运钢轨钢的工艺技术和设备的对比分析可知,国内鞍钢、包钢、攀钢、武钢四家钢厂的生产设备已处于世界领先水平,但是由于我国生产高速钢轨的时间还不长,还缺少生产和管理的经验,目前我国钢轨的实物质量与国外先进水平还存在一定差距。

Analysis on High-Speed Railway Rail and Manufacture Process

The recent world development of high speed railways is briefly described,together with the chemical composition and performance of rails.The differences of temporary technical conditions of the domestic passenger railway rails are specially analyzed theoretically and practically.It becomes known that,through the analysis of the technology and the equipment of passenger railway rails,the production equipments of the four steel companies at home are at the world＇s leading level.Whereas,their experience in production and management still fall behind,so there is still a long way to go comparing with the advanced world levels.
