| 摘 要： | 目的:观察健身腰鼓锻炼结合超声疗法对中老年肩周炎患者的治疗效果。方法:将75位中老年肩周炎患者按年龄、性别、及病程程度随机分为3组,A组进行健身腰鼓运动并配合超声疗法,B组进行健身腰鼓运动,C组为静养恢复组,疗程均为18周,实验前后测量肩周炎患者的视觉疼痛指数和肩关节功能,评价前后治疗效果。结果:A、B、C三组的治疗效果均有所改善,A、B两组肩关节疼痛的缓解和功能的恢复明显优于C组,A组又明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:健身腰鼓结合超声疗法更能有效地治疗肩周炎。
