中国企业员工职业英语培训模式研究

摘    要:从中国企业员工职业英语培训需求及现状出发,借鉴国内外职业培训理论和成功模式,对划分培训需求,明确培训目的,从课程目标、培训项目和作业、评审与反馈会、个人文件夹与最终评价报告等5个方面的课程设置进行了探讨,并提出最终的培训考核激励机制,总结出一套符合中国国情的新型职业英语培训模式。
