| 摘 要： | 新中国成立60多年来，中国特色的政党制度在中国共产党的领导下为社会主义现代化建设发挥了不可替代的作用，彰显了社会主义制度的巨大优越性。进入新时期，面对国际国内风云变化的形势，中国特色政党制度受到了巨大的冲击，其制度的优越性也面领着很大的挑战。现阶段如何保持中国特色政党制度以及如何充分发挥这一政党制度的优越性，就成为中国各政党主体必须要面对和解决的问题。
