我国技术中介发展的问题与对策

技术中介是技术创新体系不可缺少的环节，是知识经济运行的必备要素。我国技术中介发展中存在的主要问题一是缺乏积累；二是缺乏竞争力；三是进入壁垒高；四是赋税重；五是价值体现难。为此，要加快技术中介的发展，就必须重新认识技术中介的价值；降低进入门槛；加快对技术中介人才的培养；对技术中介机构合理征税；建立支撑技术中介服务的公共网络信息平台。

On the Problems and Countermeasures in Development of Technical Agencies in China

Technical agencies are indispensable links of technological innovation and necessary factors of knowledge based economy. The key problems in development of technical agencies in China are meager accumulation,weak competitive ability,high bulark ,heavy taxes and difficult ays of value embodiment. To promote the development of technical agencies ,it is important to raise the level of cognition ,to reduce entry limit ,to mend our paces to cultivate large number of talented persons ,to establish a reasonable taxation,and to found a public network information platform for technical agency services.
