基于DEA方法的高校创造教育绩效评价研究

摘    要:大学素质教育越来越关注创造教育投入绩效问题,用数据包络分析方法( DEA)对样本高校的创造教育状况进行实证分析,利用Tobit回归模型,分析影响创造教育的因素。通过分析和研究,发现高校创造教育投入绩效状况不理想,创造教育有较大提升空间;不同类型高校、不同大学年级存在效率差异,高校管理层对创造教育关注程度对创造教育投入绩效具有显著影响。

Study on the Performance Evaluation of Creative Education in Colleges Based on DEA Method

Abstract:In the pursuit of innovation today, college quality education pays more and more attention to creating education investment performance. Based on the data envelopment analysis ( DEA ) on the creation of 12 Hefei universities education status, making use of Tobit regression model to discuss the influencial factors of creation education, the study has found that the universities education investment performance creation condition is not ideal, there is a big promotion scope for their creation education, there also exists efficiency variance between different schools and grades, and school management attention has significant effect on creation education investment performance.
