西北地区民族高校稳定的基本态势

西北地区民族高校在发展我国民族高等教育事业、培养民族人才方面起着重要作用.本文在对我国西北地区6所民族高校调查研究的基础上,分析了西北地区民族高校稳定的基本态势.笔者认为:在今后相当长的一段时间里,西北地区民族高校仍将是稳定的,稳定是主流,不稳定是支流;稳定具有不平衡性;不稳定的扩散面广、联动性强;影响稳定的因素已由单一性向多样性转变;不稳定事件的类型有所转移.因此,各高校应建立确保学校稳定的工作体系与机制.

Basic Trend of Stability of Ethnic Higher Learning Institutions in the Northwest Region

Ethnic higher learning institutions in the Northwest region play a very important role not only in developing ethnic higher education in China but also in training ethnic talents. Based on an investigation of six universities, this paper makes an analysis of the basic trend of stability of ethnic universities in the Northwest region. We believe that in a long period in the future, ethnic universities in this region will develop steadily. Although stability will be the mainstream with certain minor instability, it is unbalanced accompanied by wide- spread and correlative instability. The factors to undermine stability have become various and the types of events of instability have changed. Therefore, systems and mechanics should be established to safeguard stability of universities.
