新课程视域下高师教师教育学科建设价值取向与原则

摘    要:新课程改革对教师角色提出的新要求呼唤高师院校教师教育工作的适应性变革。教师教育学科建设是高师院校的中心工作,其开展围绕学科核心要素"教师"进行,学科建设以培养教师职业行动力为基本功能诉求,诉诸于知识体系本土化、学科梯队构建的可持续性等基本价值取向。同时,学科建设应该遵循师本性、行动性、开放性与发展性等基本建设原则。结合高校教育改革实际,认清高师教师教育学科建设价值困境,寻找高师院校自身的教师教育学科竞争优势已是势在必行。
