| 摘 要： | MPA教育以培养具备公共精神、服务意识和廉洁品质的高层次公共管理人才为目标；培养过程中MPA学生的特殊性导致教与学之间存在一些矛盾，影响到培养目标的落实。教学实践中应不断解决这些矛盾以推动MPA研究生培养质量的稳步提升。
