生活分析咨询法改善大一新生学习适应的研究

摘    要:为探讨生活分析咨询法对改善大一新生学习适应的有效性,将64名新生匹配为实验组和对照组,实验组被试接受连续6周的干预,对照组被试不做任何处理。然后使用大学生学习适应性量表和学习自主性量表对所有被试进行测试。结果显示:实验组被试在后测和追踪测试的学习适应性、学习自主性总体得分,学习动机、自我调控、教学模式各维度得分上显著或边缘显著高于对照组。因此,生活分析咨询法能够显著改善大一新生学习适应问题,尤其对学习动机、自我调控有明显持久的提升作用。

Abstract:The present study investigated the effectiveness of Life Analytic Counseling on freshmen’s academic adaptation. 64 university students were assigned to experimental group and control group. The experimental group received a six-week intervention while the control group remained un-intervened. The Academic Adaptation to College Questionnaire and Autonomy in Learning Rating Scale were used to measure all participants at three time points, before and after six-week intervention, and on the sixth week after the intervention. After six-week intervention, the experimental group showed significant increase in academic adaptation and learning autonomy, with scores of learning motivation, self regulation and mode of teaching higher than the control group. Life Analytic Counseling may be effective to improve freshmen’s academic adaptation, especially to learning motivation and self regulation
