论西部大开发中的跨国民族

我国是一个多民族国家,在我国56个民族中,有一半以上是跨国民族,且主要分布在西北和西南地区。由于跨国民族是一个兼有文化与政治内涵的特殊族体,所以跨国民族往往会在国家体制、意识形态、文化传统、文明属性、政策取向、经济发展等各方面存在差异,有差异就不免会有矛盾,因此跨国民族也就存在容易被某种集团势力利用,使其民族感情、同族观念可能超越其爱国感情、国家观念的特殊性。研究西部大开发中的跨国民族,目的是为了促进民族团结,增强中华民族凝聚力,加快西部地区全面建设小康社会的步伐。

The Trans-National Ethnic Peoples in the Great Development of the West Part of China

Our country consists of 56 ethnic peoples, half of which are trans-national and live in the northwest and southwest parts of China, bordering the other countries. The trans-national ethnic groups are peculiar in their culture and politics, and, therefore, they are diverse and distinct in their system of state, social ideology, cultural tradition, pattern of civilization, political orientation and economic development. The differences and divergences in them can probably lead to conflicts and controversies; consequently, some forces or powers are likely to take advantages of these clashes and collisions to render their ethnic feelings transcend their patriotism. The present paper tries to do research in the MultiNational ethnic peoples in the Great Development of the West Part of China so as to promote the national consolidation, build up the national cohesive force, thereby accelerating the pace of constructing a comfortably well-off society.
