| 摘 要： | 创新教育是培养学生创新精神和创新能力的过程，是完善人性的教育，也是一种发展性教育。要培养创新人才，教师应不断更新教育观念，树立创新榜样，营造创新氛围，给予学生创新时间，创设创新情境。
