| Abstract: | Da Yi emphasizes that choose the proper time,place,person and affair is a kind of management wisdom.The scientific research management of higher vocational colleges should derive it and form human-oriented management concept and mechanism which are based on accurate location.We should adhere to the principle of optimization,patency,motivation and being realistic in order to improve the level of scientific research management continuously. |
