| 摘 要： | 永嘉乱后，避难辽东的中原流民主动归附慕容氏，二者结成稳固的政治同盟，共同攻取了辽东郡县，辽东当地大族成为被征服对象，由此在士族集团内部形成了“重侨轻土”、“以侨统土”的政策。
