| 摘 要： | 相对于股票市场和国债市场的良好发展势头，中国企业债券市场的发展严重滞后。针对中国上市公司“重股票，经债券”的现状，从管理经济学的角度对企业债券市场不发达的原因进行了分析，并提出了发展中国企业债券市场的对策。
