| 摘 要： | 阐述了思政博客在高校思想政治教育工作中拓宽了平台、增强了时效性和交互性、促进了辅导员的职业化成长、创新了形式和环境，起到了积极作用。分析了思政博客发展的现状及面临的内容单一、更新速度慢、留言回复不及时等问题。对思政博客的内容建设、建立评价和激励机制、建立区域性博客圈提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The origin of ideological and political education blog is introduced. It is clarified that the ideological and political education blog has played a positive role on counselors by broadening the platform, strengthening timeliness and interaction, promoting the vocational development of counselors and innovating the formation and environment. The development situation and the existing problems including unrich content, slow updation and no timely message reply in ideological and political education blog are analyzed. Some suggestions about the content construction, building of evaluation and stimulation mechanism and setting up regional blog circle of ideological and political education blog are put forward. |
