| 摘 要： | 需求不足问题已经成为职业教育自身发展和中国整体经济发展中一个至关重要的问题。个人职业选择行为直接影响了职业教育需求，职业学校教育行为间接影响了职业教育需求，这就需要国家通过缩小职业阶层收入差距、规范用人单位招工制度、改革高等学校招生制度和加大对职业教育的宣传力度等政策合理配置教育资源，从而解决中国职业教育需求不足的问题？

| Abstract: | The insufficient demand of vocational education has been a crucial issue of both vocational education and China's economic development.The demand of vocational education was affected directly by acts of personal career choices,and indirectly by acts of vocational school.The government should shorten the income gap between different professions,standardize recruitment system of employing units,reform higher educational enrolling system,and put more emphases on publicity for the vocational education,so as to allocate education resources rationally,and solve the problem of the insufficient demand of vocational education in China. |
