| 摘 要： | 为尽快解决好高职院校毕业生就业问题，作者抓住社会用人单位需求与高职学生愿望两大矛盾，设计了相关调查问卷，深入企事业单位和大学生中进行了调查分析。从而弄清了影响高职院校学生就业的主要因素，以求为制定切实可行的对策建议奠定理论和实践基础。
