面向产业价值链的“产品设计调查”课程建设及实践

面对"研发—制造—销售—服务"的产业价值链发展,以"价值增值"为目标的设计产业及服务模式对设计人才培养提出了新的要求。基于产业价值链与设计创新链,本文明确了产品设计调查在各阶段"立项基础—推论条件—统筹联系—评价溯源"的价值链。作为研发型设计方法课群中的重要一环,创新地构建了"1轴—2轨—3环"特色课程体系,全面实施项目制驱动下"以学习者为中心"的教学活动,重点提升学生抽象化归纳能力、可视化表达能力、逆向式思辨能力,为持续探索教学资源"方法论—资料库—服务链"的转化路径以及设计教育驱动产业提质增效提供了改革性思考。

Course Construction and Practice of Product Design Research for Industrial Value Chain

Facing the development of the industrial value chain of"R & D-manufacturing-sales-service",the design industry and service model aiming at "value-added"have put forward new requirements for the training of design talents. Based on the industry value chain and the design innovation chain,the paper clarifies the value chain of "project foundation-inference conditions-coordination linkage-evaluation traceability"at each stage of the product design research. As an important part of the R & D design method course group,the subject creatively builds a characteristic course system of "one axis of topic choosing and planning,two tracks of methods explaining and situation guidance,and three links of topics,projects and competitions",and comprehensively develops the "learner-centered"teaching activities driven by the project system,with emphasis on improving the abstract inductive ability,the visual expression ability,and the reverse thinking ability, so as to provide revolutionary thinking for the continuous exploration on the transformation path of "methodology-database-service " of teaching resources,and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the design education-driven industry.
