摘    要:高校离退休人员是一种老年人力资源,它是高校人力资源的重要组成部分,应该对其进行开发,正确引导他们设计离退休后的发展方向,使其合理运用离退休后的剩余寿命,继续为高校、社区和当地经济建设做出新贡献。在开发中不搞竞争,淡化名利,创造祥和宽松的环境,让高校老年人力资源在没有压力的氛围中从事自己选择的发展方向的活动,实现所选发展方向的成功带来的精神快慰和物质享受,从而促进身心健康,延年益寿。

Abstract:The retired in higher education is a kind and an important part of manpower resources, which should be exploited in properly designed direction to make full use of their rest longevity so as to make great contribution to higher education, to the community and local economy. In exploitation,a sort of mild and relaxing atmosphere should be produced so the retired could choose the research in their own interest without any pressure, so that they would enjoy their achievement both mentally and materially, and what's more it will do a lot of good to their body and mind, making them live longer.
