| 摘 要： | 为了揭示不同等级跳远运动员的起跳技术特征 ,为跳远的教学和训练提供理论依据 ,笔者通过高速摄影等方法 ,对 13名二级以上男子跳远运动员的技术数据进行解析统计处理。结果发现 ,一、二级运动员上板积极 ,起跳过程中不同运动员身体重心水平速度有较大差异 ,水平速度损失率也存在较大差异 ,垂直速度则无明显差异 |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to inquire into the gap between Chinese male jumpers and the world best jumpers and reveal the characteristics of the technique of taking off among the different grades. The 13 long jumpers in second-grade or above were chosen as subjects and a high speed camera was used in the competition. The results of the study are in the following aspects The second grade long jumpers do not touch on board actively.The significant differences exist in the horizontal velocity of taking-off.There is signifecant differences in the tossing of horizontal speed and not in vertical speed of taking-off. |
